 
6th International Forum «High Technology of the XXI Century»
Nicosia, Cyprus - April 24, 2005 - Athena High Technology Incubator announces its participation at the Sixth International Forum «High Technology of the XXI Century» held in Moscow, Russia on the 18th & 22nd of April. The company was represented by Phanos Pitiris, General Manager and Svetlana Kalogera, Liaison Officer.
The Conference represented the continuation of the series of conferences on problems and opportunities in the high-tech area in Russia. Forum was held at the initiative of the Mayor of Moscow under the support of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Moscow Government and organized by the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, The Department for Science and Industrial Policy of the City of Moscow and by the Russian High-Tech Development Fund embracing over forty Russian leaders in high-tech development and production.
The topic of the conference Sixth International Forum «High Technology of the XXI Century» was “Innovation development strategy: resources for economic growth and competitiveness rise” for Russian high-tech complex under new market conditions.
During the event AHTI had the chance to meet with several major industry players including policy makers and managers of technology companies in Russia. AHTI General Manager and Director, Phanos Pitiris participated in the Round Table discussing the « Development of innovation activity infrastructure» with Director of Russian High-Tech Development Fund, Pavel Provintsev, Chief of Science Department of Ministry of Industry and Science, Oleg Ochin, General Director of Academ-Partner Company specialising in commercialisation of technologies and venture financing, Alexander Kashirin and many others.
